A: Yes! Most of our contacts are done VIA the Internet. As soon as you contact us, we will
begin the planning process with you, discussing the different options on how you can send
your photos to us.
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We accept checks, money orders and credit cards via Pay Pal. Checks must clear before
work begins. If paying by Pay Pal, we will send you an invoice to your email to take you
through the process.
Q: How do I send you my photos?
A: If you have digital pictures you may send them in an email. If you have paper photos you
can send them by mail. We suggest that you pay to insure your photos. We will not be
responsible for lost photos. When we send out your DVD and all correspondence, we will
purchase insurance. Please be at ease that we will handle your photos with respect. We
understand how precious and valuable they are as we too have those precious photos in
our life as well.
Q: Can I use copy-written music?
A: The piece of music you select must be supplied by you. You can either send us the CD
or we can purchase the song in your name off of a music internet site. As per copyright
law, after you own the music, you may display the music as you wish.
Q: Do I have to use the templates that are used in your samples or can I use
my own?
A: The sample page is just a taste of what you can do. We encourage you to bring ideas to
us and we will work with you.
Q: How long will it take to create my Video Album?
A: Please give us at least two weeks before your event. If you are restricted on time there
will be an extra charge added on. For Life Celebrations, there will be no extra charge to
create your Video Album in the less than two week time period. Charges will be added for
rush delivery in all situations. Please contact us for more info.
Q: My Photographer provides me with a slideshow. What is the difference?
A: Many times the Photographer will provide you with just a Photo Montage of your pictures.
The example of a photo montage is usually just pictures. A Video Album incorporates timing
to music, graphics, movement of photos, transitions between slides and personalized
captions that will tell your story with emotion. Put them side by side and see what is best for
you.
Q: Do I get to view the final product before I make my final payment?
A: We will send you a copy of what the final show will look like either via email or in the mail,
which ever you prefer. We will then make the changes that you need. Final payment must
be received before your final DVD and correspondence will be sent to you.
